Boomers Seeking the "not so big" job!

I receive many emails around the topic of  what level job to pursue.  Many of you boomers who are in job search do not want to replicate the stressful job anymore, and therefore, you are seeking an individual contributor role.  No more "people management" for you! 

So, where are the rest of you - still seeking the executive position?  Let me hear from you.
