Many of you have found the blogs on communication skills very inspiring and helpful.  After the Thanksgiving Holiday, I will discuss some ideas that link how you are thinking and communicating and how this will help you if you are considering a career modification...yes, I said "modification"  NOT "change".  For many of us, making some modifications to the way in which we want to work is more accurate and appropriate than making major changes.  We will work these issues next week.
