Specifically, she managed one of the company’s largest multimillion dollar customer accounts overseeing career transition services to thousands of people in career centers located throughout the US .
More recently, she founded and directed the company’s first internet R & D division under the company’s worldwide marketing group. Her group was charged with developing and launching new web-based career management programs and products for business and education.
Dr. Marchilonis is recognized as a leading expert in the career management field. She has published on the topic and has taught at the college-level.
Dr. Marchilonis received her B.A. from Utica College , her M.S. from Syracuse University , and her Ed.D. from Harvard University .
